We use MailChimp for our monthly newsletters and any other direct marketing email campaigns.
Our newsletter subscriber list is stored on a secure MailChimp server.
MailChimp will not, under any circumstances, sell this list, contact people on the list, market to people on the list or share the list with any other party, unless it is required by law. We include an Unsubscribe link on our newsletters, as required by law. To help collect email addresses for our newsletter, on 3 February 2015 we introduced a PayPal feature known as Instant Payment Notification, which sends messages about payments (and other transactional events) directly from PayPal to our website’s back-end system. We use this primarily to automate collection of buyers’ email addresses for MailChimp. Without this functionality, we would have to input the addresses manually.
