Unfortunately, due the new European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I have decided to no longer sell my products in the EU.

The new regulation requires UK businesses selling in the EU to have a representative (a ‘responsible economic operator’) based in the EU. It also requires the address of the European representative to be on product labels.

Being a small family business I have decided that it is no longer commercially viable for me to sell in the EU, as I would have to employ a European representative. Additionally, I would need different product labels for EU sales.

The new EU directive came into force in December 2024.

Please be assured all my products are cosmetic safety assessed, are registered on the OPSS (the UK government’s Office for Product Safety & Standards) and are compliant with all the relevant legal regulations in the United Kingdom.
